FCEF Funding Proposal Form

Do you have an idea for an additional learning opportunity, special classroom project or “hands-on” learning experience for Franklin Central School District students and need financial assistance to make it happen? This is the Franklin Community Education Foundation funding proposal form. Please consider submitting your proposal to the Foundation for funding consideration. The board will consider proposals at our next monthly meeting the third Tuesday of the month at 7pm. To allow for appropriate consideration, submittals received after noon on the Third Tuesday of the month, will likely need to wait for consideration until the next monthly meeting.
